Natalie had a great Christmas. Here she is sleeping with one of her toys at around midnight on Christmas night.
 

I didn't even think to get any pictures of all the goings on with the firetrucks and firemen rushing in and out of the house. We watched until we saw a fireman rush out of the house, grab a chainsaw, and then run back into the house trying to start the chainsaw while he ran. After that we decided we didn't need to keep watching.
Here's a shot of the area inside one of our walls right where it meets the attic - this is where the fire started.
 
Here're a couple of shots up in the attic. You can see things are severely charred and one of the crossbeams is burned clear through.

Jen took all 3 kids up to Vermont to visit her good friend Alana. The kids did great on the flight out and are having a great time. Finger's crossed that the same is true on the return trip.

I took the kids up to Logan, UT, for a couple of nights. We frequented the local parks and the hotel swimming pool ( 5 times! ). We stayed up late watching movies both nights and had a blast ;)
