When we journeyed back to Tennessee for our big family trip, we spent the day out at the lake on a pontoon boat. It was fantastic having lunch out there and going swimming every 30 minutes or so. Moira and Cody couldn't get enough of it! The boat even had a big, fun slide that everybody ended up going down ;)
